Registration

  • Exclusive to (1) Organization with Sponsor Logo recognition on all marketing materials, Signage at Info Session, opportunity to present (1) of the 5 Info Sessions if desired (topic must be pre-approved), Company recognition on Event Website, Social Media, Event signage and Event Directory, INCLUDES (1) 6 ft vendor table & 2 chairs in premium location by the Info Session Room.
  • (1) 6 ft vendor table in premium location-Exclusive Title Sponsor-area, 2 chairs, company logo printed on Event Tote Bag, Event Website, Social Media, Event Signage, Event Directory, promotional emails and one (1) exclusive FP post recognition with company link. Sponsor must provide supervisory staff in the room, parent/support person will be required to stay, no drop-off is allowed. You may provide sensory items and activities if desired.   • (1) 6 ft vendor table with two chairs, company listing in Event Directory, Event Website, & Social Pages. This option is EXCLUSIVE for individuals with autism that are small business vendors, selling products to support employment initiatives. The Neurodivergent Marketplace will be in a separate room from the larger vendor area to reduce sensory overload for individuals with autism and reduce barriers that may otherwise prevent participation at the event. Authorization required, please email mary@azautism.org for registration code.
  • (1) 6 ft vendor table with two chairs, company listing in Event Directory, Event Website, & Social Pages. This option is for existing SPONSORS and COMMUNITY PARTNERS.

AUTISM EXPO is a FREE RESOURCE FAIR for families, caregivers and individuals with ASD and other neurodivergent conditions to connect with support organizations in Arizona.

IMPORTANT EVENT INFO


Set Up:

Vendor Set up opens at 7:30 am, must be complete by 8:45 am.  Event opens to public at 9:00 am.  Due to the size of the event and venue capacity limits, each table is restricted to 2 staff.  You may rotate staff in shifts, or purchase 2 tables, but no more than 2 people are permitted per table. 


Break Down:

Breakdown at close of event at 2:00 pm.  No breakdown before event closes.


Door Prizes:

Vendors and Sponsors are encouraged to donate a Door Prize for the raffle.  Please bring your donation on event day (along with a company brochure for display) and drop it with our staff at the Raffle Table!
