Registration

1. INFO SESSION SPONSOR – $3,000.00
Exclusive to (1) Organization with sponsor logo recognition on all marketing materials, signage with sponsor logo provided at Info Session room entrance & speaker podium, opportunity to present (1) of the 5 Info Sessions if desired (topic must be pre-approved), Company recognition on Coalition website, Social Media, Event signage and Event Directory, INCLUDES (1) 6 ft vendor table & 2 chairs in premium location adjacent to Info Session Room.
2. TITLE SPONSOR – $2,000.00
(1) 6 ft vendor table in Exclusive Title Sponsor area, 2 chairs, organization logo printed on event tote bag, Coalition website, Social Media, Event Signage, Event Directory, promotional emails and one (1) exclusive FP post recognition with company link.
3. VIP SPONSOR – $1,500.00
(1) 6 ft vendor table in premium location, 2 chairs, organization logo on the Coalition website, Social Media, Event Signage, Event Directory and promotional emails.
4. EVENT RAFFLE SPONSOR – IPAD – $500.00
Exclusive to (1) Organization with sponsor recognition on all marketing materials, signage with sponsor logo provided at raffle station. (We will purchase the IPAD and set the raffle table.) Company recognition on Coalition website, Social Media, Event signage and Event Directory. (Does not include Vendor Table.)
5. WATER SPONSOR – $400.00
A sponsor opportunity for up to 2 organizations. Signage with sponsor logo provided at water station. (We will stock and set the station). Company logo recognition on Coalition Website, Social Media, Event signage and Event Directory. (Does not include Vendor Table.)
6. SNACK SPONSOR – $400.00
A sponsor opportunity for up to 2 Organizations. Signage with sponsor logo provided at snack station. (We will stock and set the station). Company logo recognition on Website, Social Media, Event Directory and related marketing materials. (Does not include Vendor Table.)
7. VENDOR LOUNGE SPONSOR – $400.00
Signage with sponsor logo at vendor beverage/lounge station. (We will stock and set the station). Company logo recognition on Coalition Website, Social Media, Event signage and Event Directory.
8. VENDOR TABLE-MEMBER RATE – $400.00

9. VENDOR TABLE-NON MEMBER RATE – $500.00

AUTISM EXPO is a FREE RESOURCE FAIR for families, caregivers and individuals with ASD to connect with local service providers and support organizations in Arizona. Event features 5 Info Sessions on autism related topics, Raffle featuring great prizes, complimentary printed Event Directory with sponsor/vendor listings, event tote bag, water and snacks for guests and free parking!

Full or Half page color ad on either inside front cover or inside back cover. Artwork must be submitted no later than March 15, 2025. (Design assistance available for additional fee. Does not include Vendor Table.)

VENDOR OPTIONS:

(1) 6 ft vendor table with (2) chairs, company listing in printed Event Directory, Event Website and Social Pages. (Due to space limitations, only 2 representatives are permitted at each table. Should you desire additional space, please consider reserving 2 tables and we will place them together.)

• Non-Members: $500 per table

IMPORTANT EVENT INFO

Set Up:

Vendor Set up opens at 7:30 am, must be complete by 8:45 am. Event opens to public at 9:00 am. Due to the size of the event and venue capacity limits, each table is restricted to 2 staff. You may rotate staff in shifts, or purchase 2 tables, but no more than 2 people are permitted at each.

Break Down:

Breakdown at close of event at 2:00 pm. No breakdown before event closes please.

Door Prizes:

Vendors and Sponsors are encouraged to donate a Door Prize for the raffle. Bring it on event day along with your company brochure for display and drop it with our staff at the Raffle Table!
