Registration

  • Exclusive to (1) Organization with sponsor logo recognition on all marketing materials, signage with sponsor logo provided at Info Session room entrance & speaker podium, opportunity to present (1) of the 5 Info Sessions if desired (topic must be pre-approved), Company recognition on Coalition website, Social Media, Event signage and Event Directory, INCLUDES (1) 6 ft vendor table & 2 chairs in premium location adjacent to Info Session Room.
  • (1) 6 ft vendor table in Exclusive Title Sponsor area, 2 chairs, organization logo printed on event tote bag, Coalition website, Social Media, Event Signage, Event Directory, promotional emails and one (1) exclusive FP post recognition with company link.

  • 1/2 page full color ad on inside back cover (inside front cover sold out). Maximum 2 spots available, one organization may choose 2 spots for a full page size. Artwork must be submitted no later than March 1, 2022. (Design assistance available for additional fee. Does not include Vendor Table.)

AUTISM EXPO is a FREE RESOURCE FAIR for families, caregivers and individuals with ASD to connect with local service providers and support organizations in Arizona.  Event features 5 Info Sessions on autism related topics, Raffle featuring great prizes, complimentary printed Event Directory with sponsor/vendor listings, event tote bag, water and snacks for guests and free parking!

INFO SESSION SPONSOR $3,000-SOLD OUT

WATER SPONSOR $400 

A co-sponsor opportunity for up to 2 organizations.  One organization may purchase both spots spot for exclusive recognition.   Signage with sponsor logo provided at water station.  (We will stock and set the station).  Company recognition on Coalition Website, Social Media, Event signage and Event Directory. (Does not include Vendor Table.)


SNACK SPONSOR $400

A co-sponsor opportunity for up to 2 Organizations.  One organization may purchase both spots for exclusive recognition if desired. VENDOR LOUNGE SPONSOR $400-SOLD OUT

Exclusive to (1) Organization.  Signage with sponsor logo at private vendor lounge area with complimentary beverages.  (We will stock and set the station.) Company recognition on Coalition Website, Social Media, Event signage and Event Directory. (Does not include Vendor Table.)


EVENT DIRECTORY-COVER PAGE AD $300-SOLD OUT

1/2 page full color ad on either inside front cover or inside back cover.  Maximum 4 spots available, one organization may choose 2 spots for a full page size.  Artwork must be submitted no later than March 15, 2024.  (Design assistance available for additional fee. Does not include Vendor Table.)



VENDOR OPTIONS:  SOLD OUT


(1) 6 ft vendor table with two chairs, company listing in printed Event Directory, Coalition Website, & digital media outlets.

• Members:  $400 per table-Sold Out

• Non-Members:  $500 per table-Sold Out


IMPORTANT EVENT INFO


Set Up:

Vendor Set up opens at 7:30 am, must be complete by 8:45 am.  Event opens to public at 9:00 am.  Due to the size of the event and venue capacity limits, each table is restricted to 2 staff.  You may rotate staff in shifts, but no more than 2 people are permitted at once.  


Break Down:

Breakdown at close of event beginning at 2:00 pm.  No breakdown before event closes please.  


Door Prizes:

Vendors and Sponsors are encouraged to donate a Door Prize for the raffle.  Bring it on event day along with your company brochure for display and drop it with our staff at the Raffle Table!
