Base fee:
  • Organization logo on event tote bag, event tee shirt, Coalition website, Social Media pages, Event Page, Event Signage, Event Directory, 2 complimentary event tees, 1/4 page ad in the event directory, company recognition published on promotional emails and one exclusive FP post recognition with company link.
    INCLUDES Vendor Table in premium location. (see below for vendor details.) This option is exclusive to Coalition Members. If not an active member, new membership must be initiated prior to registration.
  • Opportunity for 1 organization with recognition as exclusive Water Sponsor. In addition to sponsor fee, organization will supply 500 bottles of water for the event. Signage with sponsor logo provided at water station. Organization may supply additional collateral materials at the water station if desired. Company logo recognition on Website, Social Media, Event Directory and related marketing materials.
  • A co-sponsor opportunity for up to 2 Organizations. One organization may purchase both spots for exclusive recognition. Signage with sponsor logo provided at snack station--we will stock and set the station. Company recognition on Website, Social Media, Event Directory and related marketing materials.
  • 6' Table with 2 chairs. Vendor listing in Event Directory, Coalition website and social media.

4TH ANNUAL AUTISM EXPO

AUTISM EXPO is a FREE RESOURCE FAIR for families and caregivers to connect with local service providers and support organizations in Arizona.  Event is expected to draw over 1,000 guests seeking autism resources.  

SPONSOR and ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES:


EVENT TITLE SPONSOR  $1,000  SOLD OUT

VIP SPONSOR  $500  SOLD OUT

INFO SESSION SPONSOR  $500  SOLD OUT

Opportunity to host a 20 minute workshop, organization listing as Presenter in Event Directory, Coalition website, Social Media pages, Event Page, Event Signage.  Topic must be relevant to autism, based on scientifically proven data and/or best practices and applicable to families/caregivers/individuals with autism.  Presentation topic must be submitted to mary@azautism.org for prior approval.  This option is exclusive to Coalition Members.  If not an active member, new membership must be initiated prior to registration. 


WATER SPONSOR $250 SOLD OUT

A co-sponsor opportunity for up to 2 organizations.  One organization may purchase both spots for exclusive recognition.  Signage with sponsor logo provided at water station--we will stock and set the station.  Company recognition on Website, Social Media, Event Directory and related marketing materials.


SNACK SPONSOR $250 SOLD OUT  

A co-sponsor opportunity for up to 2 Organizations.  One organization may purchase both spots for exclusive recognition. Signage with sponsor logo provided at snack station--we will stock and set the station. Company recognition on Website, Social Media, Event Directory and related marketing materials. 


DIRECTORY ADS $100 - $500   SOLD OUT

Only available to Sponsors or Vendors participating in the event.  Artwork design not included, available for additional fee if needed.  


*Due to high demand all registrations are non-refundable.


VENDORS:


6 ft table with two chairs, company listing in Event Directory, Coalition Website and related promotional and marketing materials. Table linens and power cords are not included.

• Members:  $200 per table

• Non-Members:  $300 per table

Set Up:

Vendor Set up begins at 8:00 am, must be complete by 8:45.  Event opens to public at 9:00 am.

Break Down:

Breakdown at close of event beginning at 1:00.  No breakdown before event closes. 

Door Prizes:

Vendors and Sponsors are encouraged to donate a Door Prize for the raffle.
