Registration

  • Exclusive opportunity for one organization with exclusive recognition as Breakfast Sponsor. Company logo will be featured on signage at breakfast station and event marketing materials, website and social media pages.
  • Company logo will be featured on signage at either morning or afternoon beverage station and event marketing materials, website and social media pages.
  • Special recognition as Event Sponsor with logo on all marketing materials AND a Vendor table at the event.
  • Exhibitor table includes (1) 6’ foot table and (2) chairs in courtyard or patio, continental breakfast,
    catered lunch and refreshments for up to two company representatives. Exhibitors may sell merchandise with prior approval. Table linens and extension cords are the responsibility of the exhibitor. Exhibitor badges do not include conference attendance. To register for conference sessions, please complete a separate registration for each attendee.

  • Sponsor will provide an assortment of red & white wine, cheeses, crackers, other accompaniments as desired, paper/plastic supplies and set-up/clean-up for the reception. No additional fees associated with this sponsorship outside the cost of the above listed items. Please plan for approximately 40-50 guests to attend the reception.

Special recognition as Event Sponsor with  company logo on the Arizona Autism Coalition Website, Conference Event Page, Social Media Pages, Event Program, Event Signage, and related marketing materials.

A co-sponsor opportunity for up to 4 organizations.  One organization may purchase all 4 spots for exclusive recognition if desired. Company logo will be featured on signage at lunch station, event marketing materials, website and social media pages.

                       

Breakfast Sponsor - $100

 A co-sponsor opportunity for up to 2 organizations.  One organization may purchase both spots for exclusive recognition if desired.  Company logo will be featured on signage at breakfast station, event marketing materials, website and social media pages.


Coffee/Beverage Sponsor - $100

Company logo will be featured on signage at either morning or afternoon beverage station and event marketing materials, website and social media pages.
